Laura is a qualified doTERRA AromaTouch Technique Practitioner. The AromaTouch Technique is the application of beautiful and pure doTERRA essential oils to the back and feet. All of the oils have their own CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade which ensures they are of the highest and purest of quality. The Technique involves using a light touch massage in conjunction with doTERRA essential oils in a precise sequence which is applied along the meridian energy lines along the back and also to the visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. This in turn helps to bring the body and mind back to a place of homeostasis and complete balance. Each oil is used in a particular order which is designed to minimise negative patterns, leading to ill health in four systemic constants: Stress Toxins Inflammatory Response Autonomic imbalance and returning the body to a state of balance
